パスワードを忘れた場合は次の要領で、新しいパスワードが発行されます。

• 下のフォームに登録した際のメールアドレスを入力し、送信してください。
• 上記のメールアドレス宛にメールが届きます。
• メールの中に「メールの再発行」リンクがあるので、そちらをクリックしてください。
• クリックすると「メールの再発行画面」に遷移しますので、そちらでパスワードを登録し、送信してください。これで変更完了です。
